Your holiday accommodation on this website

What we do for you as a holiday home owner/landlord: 

- For a fixed annual amount, we handle, without any commission, your listing on this website 
- Placement of 6 photos (including re-working if necessary) and your description in 5 languages 
- We keep the availability calendar up-to-date

- We inform you upon receipt of a reservation request, from this moment on the choice is yours: 
    a. you handle the reservation yourself, or: 
    b. you let us send a final confirmation 

What you should do for us:

- One thing only; letting us know of any reservations you received directly, so we can keep the availability calender up-to-date 

Rates: 

-  € 100,00 per year (discount of 10% in case of more than 1 apartment) 

You can change your text and photos, up to 3 times a year, free of charge. (Each subsequent change costs € 10,00).

Additional options:

- 1 Additional prominent picture, in the header: € 50,00 per year 
- More than 15 photos: € 10,00 per year, per 3 extra photos
